Frequently asked questions:

  • Central Court Ticket (morning session): allows admission to morning session games at the Allianz Cloud Central Court.
  • Central Court Ticket (evening session): allows entry to evening session games at the Allianz Cloud Central Court. If you wish to enter earlier, you must purchase a ticket for the morning session.

No, the tickets are NOT named. The name of the purchaser is indicated on the ticket, but they are bearer tickets and therefore can be transferred. Tickets purchased with the subscibed discount can only be transferred to other regular FITP card holders.

The availabilities visible on the website are the current ones, but frequent monitoring is recommended, as new places may also become available during the week of the event.

Center Court: All children born on or after Jan. 1, 2020, may enter the facility without a ticket by showing a valid ID or health card at the entrances and accompanied by an adult. Inside the stadium, they will not be allowed to occupy seats, but must necessarily sit on the legs of the accompanying person.

Minors under the age of 14 must necessarily be accompanied by an adult both to enter the facility and to access the center court. Both must have a regular ticket.

Spectators with a disability rating of 74% or higher, or with severe disabilities, will be able to obtain (subject to availability of dedicated seats) a ticket for free. For each session, each disabled person will be able to obtain a maximum of one free ticket for himself and free one ticket for an accompanying person. Tickets will be available at the box office on match days.

Yes, access is possible at any time, consistent with the progress of the match and with respect for athletes and the public already present.

It is possible to leave the field and the covered part of the Allianz Cloud, e.g. to visit the commercial areas or the food area, but not the building. Once you have left the building (through the external gates), you will not be able to re-enter with the same ticket.

No, the ticket allows only one entry.

No, the promotion for FITP members cannot be combined with other promotions.

In order to take advantage of the reduced rate, each member has to register and purchase his or her own ticket.
In the event that the FITP member is a minor, the parent/guardian may register using their e-mail address but associating the minor’s tax code with the FITP membership card.

Tickets are non-refundable /nor changeable, but can be transferred since they are not named.

The event is held in a covered facility; therefore, there is no refund or ticket replacement.

Yes, inside the facility (after going through ticket checks) you can visit the Tournament Commercial Area where you can find the best technical brands for purchasing specialized sporting goods, the Food Area for refreshments and many other play and exhibition activities of our Partners.
Autograph sessions, interviews and special meetings with Top Players of the tournament are also organized at the booths.

Yes, a simulation of the selected seat can be viewed during purchase on the TicketOne website.
After choosing seats on the 2D map, a button with an eye icon will appear, allowing you to preview the view from the seat before completing the purchase.
